Hugo Mentzingen - Co-Founder

Hugo has been advising ARTEH since late 2020 when the company was selected for the UQ Ventures iLab Accelerator Program. He's a Data Scientist who believes in societal-impact businesses and the value added by ARTEH to decarbonization engagement. Having accumulated technical and managerial experiences in thirteen years, with five as an IT Manager, he is guiding ARTEH through ACPA development. With a great understanding of financial risks related to environmental performance, following his previous participation in the insurance sector, he can conjugate it with agile software development practices, IT architecture knowledge, and several techniques in the Artificial Intelligence environment to make this challenge an achievable one. Hugo has a bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering from Instituto Militar de Engenharia (Brazil) and a Strategic Management and Innovation specialization issued by Copenhagen Business School (CBS). He is currently a Master's Candidate in Data Science and Advanced Analytics at Nova IMS, Portugal.
